2. Event and ticket inclusions
Diamond Party Show will take place on 19 November 2026 at 19:00 at Sofitel Warsaw Victoria, Królewska 11, Warsaw. Each ticket admits one person and includes the jewellery show, a seated dinner and the music programme. Programme details may be updated by the organiser.
3. Price, order and payment
The standard price is PLN 2,000 per person, including 8% VAT.
Before paying, the customer selects the number of tickets, enters purchaser details, accepts the terms and sees the final price including VAT. The “Buy and pay” button places an order with an obligation to pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. The purchase is completed once payment is confirmed. Places are limited. Unpaid reservations may expire.
Up to 8 tickets may be purchased in one order. The form supports individual purchases or business purchases with a Polish tax ID (NIP) and an address in Poland by selecting “Buy on behalf of a business”. Foreign businesses must contact the seller before paying.
4. Jewellery voucher
Each paid ticket includes a PLN 1,000 voucher for M&M GOLD jewellery. The voucher is not a refund of the ticket price and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Full voucher terms are displayed in the purchase form before payment. If they are not shown, contact events@mmgold.pl before purchasing.
5. Ticket delivery and account
Once payment is confirmed, we email the purchaser a confirmation and tickets. Individual purchases include a named PDF invoice. For business purchases, the invoice will be issued and made available in KSeF within the statutory deadline; a separate email will confirm its issuance. Each ticket has its own QR code. Two tickets have two different codes.
The attendee account is accessed using a one-time sign-in code sent to the email address used for the purchase. The account contains tickets, documents and the table assignment once entered by the organiser. Do not share sign-in or QR codes with unauthorised persons.
6. Admission
Show your QR code on a phone or printed ticket at the entrance. One active code admits one person once. Previously used or invalidated codes do not grant further admission. Staff will check the order if a problem occurs. Attendees must follow the venue’s rules and the organiser’s safety instructions.
7. Invoices and corrective invoices
For individual purchases, an electronic named invoice is issued using the purchaser’s details and delivered as a PDF. The purchaser must provide correct details and request any correction at events@mmgold.pl. A corrective invoice is a separate document; the original remains available in the account. For business purchases, invoices and corrective invoices are handled in KSeF, without sending a locally generated PDF invoice. A full refund invalidates all tickets in the order.
8. Complaints, cancellation and withdrawal
Send complaints about payment, tickets or services to events@mmgold.pl, describing the issue and providing the order email address. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to an entertainment event where the contract specifies the date of performance, under Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This does not restrict statutory customer rights in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the service.
If the event is cancelled, the seller refunds the ticket price to the original payment method. Purchasers will be notified by email of significant changes to the date or conditions, together with the options available to them.
9. Personal data and technical requirements
How we process data is explained in our privacy policy. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Purchasing tickets and using the account requires an up-to-date browser with JavaScript, an internet connection and access to the email address provided.
